eating enough calories

after adding exercise and adding more calories, I find myself with way more calories than I can possibly consume, any suggestions? I dont want to just eat if I*m not hungry then when you finish logging they send a message that your not eating enough for a healthy weight loss help

    Calorie burns for exercise are said to be massively inflated, and most people recommend only eating some back. You also don't need to close your diary

    When cutting I typically do not add exercise since it is never accurately reflected. I also never eat the maximum allotted calories. This basically guarantees success regardless of any variables.

    Mfp only won't post a message if you're eating under 1000 cals. You shouldn't struggle eating that amount.

    Sometimes calories are inflated -- you can eat back half of the added calories (on top of your 1200 or whatever) or eat them later in the week. Or post what they are and where from for a reality check -- if you are running 8 miles and get an additional 600, that's different than if you log an hour of heavy cleaning (because it felt heavy when you were doing it) and get an additional 600. But that's a separate issue from MFP's message which comes because you ate less than 1000 (total, I believe, not net).

    If 1000 calories seems like a huge amount you can't imagine eating, talk to a doctor.
