Hello... I'm new to MFP. My weight loss is slow and I get easily discouraged. I need some friends to motivate me. I will do the same in return.

Slow is good as long as its consistent. If you mean you lose and then sabotage your progress than you know what you need to do. As they say here, slow and steady wins the race.1

Still looking to add more friends to support me on my weight loss journey. I have lost 12lbs and still have 30lbs more to go to reach my goal weight. Thank you to all those who are now my friends.0
