I am thinking of buying a simply fit board but some reviews say they are hard to get your balance of them. Does anyone own one and do you like it. Is it easy? Thanks for any info!

    I have one and it takes a little practice but nothing that most people can't manage. The great My mother is 72 and she does it like a champ.

    I've had mine for 2 months & really like it. It didn't take long to get the balance down & the exercises are fairly simple. I found some extra workouts for it on YouTube which are more challenging. Bought mine at Bed, Bath & Beyond with a 20% off coupon. Used the savings for a small flat area rug to put it on. Do not use it directly on your carpet or hardwoods. Good luck!

    Got one today at BBB and got right on with no problem as did my daughter and grandson. Still need to watch DVD that came with it.
