Protein - let's hear what you're all having!

I really struggle to meet protein macros per day. I've set macros to 40/30/30 (f/p/c) based on 1g protein per lb of BW. I try to have protein at every meal. What are you all eating that's high in protein, lower in fat? I do chicken /salmon /eggs/cottage cheese already...

    Might as well leave it, someone else might find it useful. Also I use the 1g/lb of lean mass formula, especially because when I was 240 I definitely didn't want to eat that much protein lol.

    If you're a healthy weight it's a better option (sorry I can't tell from your pic it's so small on my mobile!)
