Day 1 Starts In The Morning

After being overweight for most of my life (35 years) I've finally decided to take action. I must admit I've tried several times before and given up but this time I feel really determined. I'm just getting sick of a few things which have unfortunately become the 'norm' for me, like sweating when it isn't hot, tiring from a 10 minute walk and various other basic activities which I put down to my overall health. So here's looking forward.
