Have you checked to see if any of your entries are inaccurate?

Double check for accuracy (esp as regards portion sizes -- did you measure your portions or guesstimate them using your eyeballs?). If everything adds up, have a handful of nuts if you like, or some cheese, or a chocolate bar for what that's worth. For 300 calories I could make myself a nice big oozy grilled cheese sandwich.

And do try to relax ... sustainability over the long term will mean more to your success than nailing it perfectly every.single.day. Stressing out will only make everything harder for you.

First, unless we go to a specialist to have our RMR measured exactly, all these numbers we work with are estimates based on an average across a population. A little more, a little less... Who cares?

Second, the listed calorie content of food is, in the US, rounded to the nearest 10 for anything over 50 cal/serving IIRC. So figuring your intake down to the single calorie isn't really possible. The numbers we have are less precise than that.

Third, unless there are macros you must specifically limit due to some medical condition, it won't hurt to go over on them. If you have extra calories available and you want to eat, eat.

Fourth, RELAX. This just isn't worth stressing about.

Why does it have to be 1901? I think it's a good idea not to consistently undereat, but one day is no big deal. If you just started it is based on estimates anyway.
