I'm new - joined a couple of weeks ago... my goal is be healthy and be about 130 before I turn 40 in Nov! love this site! Im so glad to be joining you all in this journey to living healthy!

    thank you everone for the warm welcome... the 8 pounds lost was really a shocker but as I read it here - i'm on stage 1 but sure motivates me to keep going! :happy:
