Hey Vegans, how do you get enough protein?

we're having a vegan weekend, and I notice that even with the almond milk, quinoa, and garbanzo beans, its very unlikely I will hit even 50 grams of protein today. How do you generally get enough?

I've been vegan for over a year now. I get my protein from the following sources: beans, legumes, soy milk, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, seitan, nuts. If I'm working out, I also make smoothies with soy protein powder.0

how many grams do you eat per day, without protein powder, via vegan sources? Like I said - I am eating legumes, quinoa, nuts, and while those things do have protein, its not NEARLY as much as a piece of chicken.
Any recommendations for a way to get fresh soft tofu? Or a brand that is especialyl good? I am actually REALLY picky about tofu, I like the very soft fresh stuff.0
