Fitbit not synchronising with MFP

2days now it won't sync has anyone else had this problem

    My calories logged in MFP are syncing with my Fitbit but not any of my steps.

    Same here. Followed advice yesterday re-disconnecting and reconnecting. Worked but then same problem today.

    I am on the phone with Fitbit now.... Disconnecting and reconnecting did not work for me

    Yes! Me too. Day 2 of not syncing my fitbit steps.
    I tried:
    - to log my steps through progress from menu under fitbit steps hoping it would transfer it across to my diary but it didn't work.
    - I uninstalled & reinstalled the MFP app and no change.
    - checked for any software updates - none

    Something wrong with MFP me thinks..

    Customer service at Fitbit said it is on the MFP side. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I don't like seeing red

    Me too, just tried the disconnecting steps, waiting to reconnect, but sounds like it still might not work since I'm not the only one :(

    This has been helpful to read im having the same issues, lets hope for a fix soon! Just started using MFP and fitbit, really determined and they work great together.

    me too. mfp wont even let me disconnect from fitbit atm either lol

    I had to go to MyFitnessPal.com under apps and disconnect Fitbit then reconnect and it will receive my steps one time but not continue. I've had to do it several times today. Pain in the neck.

    Make sure that your fitbit is selected in the 'steps' tab.

    where is this located? I asumme it is though as has been syncing my steps since i set it up and connected the 2 apps? but stopped yesterday

    Just posted about this a bit ago. Same issues here. Someone posted and article from mfp that they are aware of the problem. They are working to get it resolved.

    Mine just synced on its own for the first time since Saturday. Hoping the issue is fixed
