Hello,
My name is Beth and I began on the diet at Quick Weight Loss Center 1 year ago tomorrow! Wow, just realized that. Lost 32 lbs, gained back a little and now trying to lose 5 lbs. I know that doesn't sound like much but it's really hard to lose the last of the weight. I may up my goal to 10 lbs, but for now, goal is 5. I really like this app a lot!

    I'm going to piggy back on your thread here, because my wife and I are INFORMALLY doing the Quick Weight Loss Center eating plan. I've done it in the past, paid them, but didn't stick with it. I could probably go back, but they want to sell supplements and snacks, which I can find much cheaper elsewhere.

    Question: How do you integrate QWL and MFP? I have used MFP off and on for years now and the tracking in it is superb, but the premise of QWL is to track in a more simple fashion, not calorie count, but count specific categories/food items. I don't want to track both, at least not every single day. I may MFP track occasionally to make sure I'm on track w/ calories and not going way under or way over.

    Any other QWL users here?
