Ok ladies serious question. I have been losing weight 5 pounds in the past 2 to 3 weeks, but now my menstrual cycle has kicked in and I've gained a couple of the pounds back. Has this happened to you.??? Is it normal??? I don't want to gain the weight back unless it's in a normal way.

    Bloat/artificial gain.

It goes away but I'd completely avoid the scale during that week as it will decrease your motivation if you see yourself at a couple lbs higher than normal

Yes!!! I've gained 2.5 lbs this month because of that. Freaked me out but I know it'll be gone soon

I was 148lbs last week. today I am 150.4lbs and due to start any second.

I track my weight every day, and you can clearly see when its that time of the month. I always increase 2-3lbs.

Yep, totally normal. I avoid the scale during my PMS time until after I'm completely done and then wait another couple of days until the water weight flushes out.
