Having a hard time staying motivated when it comes to weight loss. I binge eat when I get stressed. need to lose 75 pounds anyone else get like this? I also work fulltime!!!

    Im in the same exact boat!! I try so hard to control myself, and lately its kust not happening. Hoping to get on track and stay!!

    I'm exactly the same, why is something as simple as not putting that 'biscuit' into your mouth so difficult

    Same thing, full time job, two busy kids and fast food for 3 meals a day most of the time. I go on spurts where I do well and then get busy and stressed out and quit BUT the key for me is to just start again. When I am ready I start the next day. No reason to wait till Sunday or after the holidays. Found that I can mess up a few days but the longer I wait to start back the harder it is. Also the longer I wait the less results I see. It's ok to start again it just means you haven't quit.
