I started eating clean about a year ago. I use my fitness pal to keep track of my portions. I also started hitting the gym, running, and doing yoga. I just started crossfit this week and I am so excited to get stronger and leaner! It has been a long journey both physically and mentally but I'm finally in such a good place.     Girl you are sooo inspiring. I'm 160(lost10lbs) but I'm also 4,11 so short frame+weight= looks heavy so you definitely inspire me to keep going. You look great
