Hey I am a VSG Person here! Have lost 108 lbs since last July! Working on my next mini goal to get below 299. I am 9 lbs away!❌⭕️

    Okay... Having had that myself, I probably should have known that. In my defense, my surgeon just referred to it as a gastric sleeve. That was one of the smartest moves that I made. worked great until I sabotaged it four years later.

    I am certain that a lot of what that helped me learn has helped me kick back into the right direction now.
