Hi All, a new mom, struggling to get time and get back in shape

Hi all,

I have a 10-month-old, it took me this long to get settled with work and baby. Now I am trying to get back in shape and trying hard to find time to do an activity.

My pre-pregnancy weight was 125lbs, full pregnancy was 150lbs, after birth i lost 10 lbs, but 3 months after baby back to work left me with no time, irregular eating habit, stress and sleepless nights.

Now I am 146lbs, started doing few workouts(like MMX,CVX, Accelerator, Yoga, Dynamix) from p90x3, also I try to go for a hot yoga session once a week. This is me starting April.

    Hi, good for you for trying though, when my daughter was 10months I was quite happy eating and breastfeeding. 2 years down the line no longer bf, but so desperately wanting to fit, healthy and slightly lighter xx
