Hello there. I just turned 58. Last year I experienced weight loss and fitness success - a couple of injuries and losing my trainer has seen me gain weight back - to be honest almost all of it - I swore that last time would be the 'last time' - I was so happy, proud and empowered - I want to find my way back to that person. Disappointed that I let this happen but ready to recommit with the tools I can access here, gorgeous spring weather and a 35th wedding anniversary trip to Europe this summer as additional motivation. I was so happy to see this chat room as so many of the others were clearly not dealing with the age challenges that we 55+ women experience. Looking forward to a safe forum to air concerns, share triumphs and find some much needed support.

Hey there. I'm 62 and have been "maintaining" in a 20# range for many years. I have 10# to go to get to my real maintenance range. Just so you know, you started a new thread, rather than posting in the serial starters thread.

Hi, I'm also starting again and looking for support. I've lost and gained so much weight over the years. This time I have to adopt a healthy lifestyle for good as I'm starting to have health issues. I currently weigh the same as just BEFORE giving birth the 1st time!
I really hope I can find and offer support in this group.
    Good luck to you all!
