Diet for Diabetes 2

I just started on a 1500 calorie diet the 3rd of April. Lost about 5 lbs the first few days ( probably water )
Eliminated all the nightly snacks. Started walking between 5-8000 steps per day.
I am dieting to insure sugar levels and BP are down and lose a total of 30 more pounds with healthy eating habits.

Hi. I too have diabetes. I cut sugar and salt and changed my eating habits and walk or jog for 1 hour everyday. I have lost weight and feel healthier! You can do it!2
