So I'm looking for opinions on when I could make time to go to a jog each day. Every day I wake up at 4am, leave at 5am, work 6am-6pm get home at 7pm eat dinner and go to sleep by 8pm to be up at 4am. 7 days a week. What do you guys think?

That... is a really tough schedule. It seems like if you're working a 12-hour day you should be allowed a longer mid-day break/lunch? That may be a good time if you have a fitness club nearby to run/freshen up prior to returning to work?
30 minutes of jogging is all it would take to help fit what I believe you're looking for at least for now. Let's say you do a very light page and average 10 mins a mile, you still got three miles in. Let's say you don't run much and run a mile and then need to walk one back, still.. 10 mins a mile lightly running and 20 mins a mile for a speedier walk back still gets you two miles.
A jog before dinner would be a good idea as the refuel after will help recovery. I'd suggest morning; however, it sounds to me like that time is reserved for waking up/getting ready for work.

as an aside, if you are wanting to jog to lose weight, know that you can lose weight without exercise by eating at a calorie deficit.

Ah! You'd think right? LOL I work front desk at a hotel so I get NO breaks. Of course I can eat when I please but I can't leave the desk. Illegal, I know ! Lol THANK GOD it's only until the end of June ! Then I'll have all the time in the world to work out!0 -

It appears your only choice is to give up sleep time, which isn't healthy. As said above, if you're trying to lose weight, you can do it without jogging. As this is only for another two months, I'd say wait it out until your schedule isn't so crowded.
Or, stick a treadmill behind the desk.1 -

I'm not sure how far along you are into your endeavors into fitness/weight loss (if that is the goal), but a major misconception is that you need to exercise to lose. Exercise will light a fire on weight loss when done right, yes, and generally it's a major lifestyle improvement. With that said, it's not for everyone initially and simply eating less will result in weight loss.
Learning about BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is a great start. A calculator that is honestly computed will give a very good starting goal of calories necessary to be in a deficit to lose weight.
Once again, if you're absolutely committed to running, a short run after work before dinner might be your only time. Runs do tend to wake you up, but if you're working this schedule I imagine you'll be tired. Even if its one mile, it might help a lot down the line once you are much more freed up time wise... you'll be able to run longer and/or faster because you've been improving your VO2 max and conditioning your runs since now.

Haha ! I wish I could! Luckily starting in June I'll be babysitting 3 boys all day and starting at a gym out towards their house so I'll be running around with them most of the day then working out before I go home to relax.0 -
Jogging isn't necessary for weight loss, just focus on your calorie intake, and hitting the correct calorie deficit for your weight loss goals.0

I think this may actually be a good thing to get my eating on track for a couple months before incorporating a workout too1 -
I can't even imagine getting 8 hours of sleep a night. If I get 6 hours it's a luxury. I would forgo 30 minutes of sleep for walking or jogging.

How about 7 minute workout app? You can do couple of those before and after work.1

Not sure about everyone, but 10 minute miles are FAST to me . . . .
Seriously, though, OP, start with a lunchtime walk if you can. Based on some of your other posts, it doesn't sounds like you may be ready to start with "jogging" just yet. Work up to a brisk walk, then a slow jog, then a faster jog, etc. If you jump right into running/jogging, you risk injury and then you risk stalling all progress and getting unmotivated. Just, IMO.

You can always invest in one of those under the desk bicycle pedals. I'd personally wait it out though!0
