I have had a series of foot surgeries over the past few months and i went on a walk last night. It wasn't a long walk, maybe 20 minutes, but its felt really nice to get back out and get my heart pumping.

I had knee surgery last year and I am not cleared to workout until I will hit 250 lbs. Hopefully, soon I will sound as happy as you. Congratulations!0
