Hi I'm Neesha and I struggle with my weight. I just weigh too much and my body is telling me to do something about it. There's only 2 times in my life that I have ever been successful in losing pounds: 1. Weight watchers, 2. Juicing. Both times I lost 5 pounds and was astonished then went back to eating my norm. I am starting exercise and meal replacements and tracking here. Hoping to connect with others for accountability.....anyone up for the that?

Hi misses I'm up for it am new to this so to have a clue also need to loose a lot of weight due to health reasons have u started ur meal replacement I done it before it's called Lipotrim The one I don't I lost 7 stone in 3 months I've it all back on tho1
