I'm a house wife with 1 daughter i want more healthy coz now i have a big body ( obesity ) i will playing with my daughter again. Playing with my daughter with big body very difficult... :'(

    Taking the first step is the hardest part. The other is mentally. Think positive yes it's going to be hard but you already have this in the bag. Take the good but don't let the bad over come the good.
