What to do after Insanity?

I was wondering what people recommend after Insanity. I am in the middle of month one but thinking ahead. I thought of doing Power 90 or Power 90 Master but was given lots of good info about those programs and not being as tough as Insanity. What do you think would be the next step? I do have a shoulder injury that would prevent me from doing pull ups and some shoulder work. I can manage Insanity well so pushups seem to be going fine. P90X? Asylum? Chalean Extreme? What do you think?

I would suggest Asylum. Although there are pull-up routines, he does have alternative routines that work out the same back muscles with pushing movements.
Alternatively, you could also do a hybrid of P90X and Insanity. I'm doing that now. If you have resistance bands you could use those in lieu of pull-up bars to minimize the pain of using your shoulder too much.0 -
Thanks! I should consider P90X and just do something else during the pullups.0

Asylum is the next logical step, however, I highly recommend P90X and GSP Rushfit. I am a third round P90X grad and I mix it up with Rushfit to avoid any chance of plateau. These programs would be excellent if you are looking to take your fitness to the next level.0

I have not heard of the Rushfit. Off to check it out, thanks!0

Power 90 would't be much of a challenge for you since you are doing Insanity. I did P90X last year and I'm doing my second round of Chalean Extreme now. The workouts are shorter (30-45 minutes each) but they are really effective. I love all the workouts so far.
After doing Insanity, I would do the Insanity/P90X Hybrid or Asylum alone. Great job!0 -
Is Chalean Extreme good after Insanity?0

Chalean Extreme is not going to be as intense as Insanity but it might be a nice followup workout. Its still high intensity but not like Insanity (which I haven't tried yet) If you go to YouTube or the BB page, you could see some preview videos of the workouts to see if they are something you'd like!0

Thanks everyone! I have decided on C.E and P90x (with some modifications for my shoulder). I will do Asylum down the road, that looks rough! I think Insanity has helped my shoulder a lot so maybe more work with it in p90x will help it more.
For those that have not done Insanity, it is fantastic. LOVE IT!0
