I am starting over tomorrow with MFP. My amazing soon to be fiancé has told me he is proposing soon (we've talked about it a lot), so it's time to get serious! Any tips on getting started? Anyone want to be accountability buddies??

    I just stepped on the scale and was the heaviest I've ever been. I'm not ok with that and I'm getting serious. While I'm upset it was the motivation I need to get serious
