Hello ,
I am planning to purchase my Whey protein . I am planning to get " Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, Double Rich Chocolate"
Only reason I see lots of good feedback of this
earlier I was using PhD Diet Whey .

My query was what I need to look when I am getting Whey . Thanks

You'll get protein derived from whey. What were you expecting?

Get a high quality PLAIN grass-fed whey and add your own sweetener / cocoa powder / vitamins. Bulksupplements on Amazon has a ton (of powders) and the reviews let you know if they are "palatable" / compatible with smoothies. It is higher quality and you won't be paying for lots of additives you don't need or want.

I mix up my protein powders and cycle between whey, egg white, hemp. I add my own B-vitamins and other things like fiber and herbs. Right now I am rocking moringa powder (rich source of iron, vitamin A & vitamin K; vitamin E, calcium & magnesium, and, antioxidants). I am on a low carb diet so I don't add any sweetener.
