Hello there my name is Jessica I started my weight-loss Journey topping out at 230 pounds postpartum weight and in the last eight months I have dropped about 70 pounds and I have finally reached the dreaded plateau effect. I got a bit lazy recently and have probably gained back close to 15. I am Desperately Seeking support in my weight loss and fitness journey and possibly looking for people to hang out with and do a group fitness activities. I eat extremely healthy and I focus on micronutrients sadly one of my problems is that I take a puff of weed around 5 o'clock to battle some of the pain I experience in my right ankle ( there's about $50,000 worth of titanium in there) and unfortunately this "Gateway puff" seems to lead to seemingly uncontrollable munchies in the evenings which as anyone of us struggling with weight loss can certainly tell you is the worst time to lose control. This is my very first time doing anything like this so I'm a bit nervous and I don't know exactly what to expect, but I know that I want to get in the best shape possible and be the lean toned fighting machine that I've always known inside that I could be. I suppose I'm just looking for the right sort of support, inspiration and goals to get me (and hopefully a potential team) to the health and body of our dreams!!!

If the pot is causing munchies, try a different strain, one that is lower in THC. Or you can save some extra calories for when you need to medicate, so it'll still fit in your calorie goal.0 -
I'm a new mom too, been on a roller coaster my whole adult life, topped 215 when I gave birth in March. Been off mfp for a year now I'm starting over. Since I'm breast feeding I read I should not go below 1800 calories, has any one else heard that? Feel free to add me.0
