Over the past 5 years I have slowing and steadily lost 61.9 and haven't gained any back. I still have some flabby fat on my stomach, buns and thighs and I also have some flab still remaining on my mid back (bra fat, lol). I really want to work these problem areas and burn some of this off. Any ideas on the best way to do this? As a side note, I am only 24 lbs. away from my weight loss goal! Thank you in advance.

Comgrats on the weight loss and keeping it off! The best thing you can do for "problem" areas is lift weights. There are a lot of programs out there and many people have had success. Simply losing more weight or adding cardio didn't help me, I just looked slimmer with cellulite.1

SAME HERE...I am definitely slimmer but this FLAB!!! I will do some research, thanks janjunie.0

Patience and a reasonable calorie deficit. A weight loss goal of no more than 1 pound a week would be what I suggest at this point. If you don't strength train, you probably should consider doing so.1

The flab is body fat, and possibly loose skin too. Neither fat or skin can be targeted through exercise. I would follow the standard fat loss advice of a calorie deficit plus full-body strength training. For best results follow a proven strength program (NROL4W, Stronglifts, etc) without modifying it to target your "flabby" areas extra. For more on that, google "spot reduction myth".0

As has been said keep on doing what you are doing and gradually lose those last 24 lbs, congrats on the 61 already lost.
You should probably look at cutting your deficit to .5 lbs once you reach the 15-20 lbs range.
The excess skin (flab) can take a couple of years to tighten up as much as it can.
Do start a resistance/weight routine. Now. It will help with muscle retention, and resculpting your body, even the jiggly bits look better with a bit of muscle behind them.
Here are some good programmes (proven as mentioned by @Cherimoose above)
