How come my steps aint counting on here? They used to and my fitbit is working fine

Mine was doing that the other day, had to deactivate and relink it. Seems to be working fine now.

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.

Try turning off bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink.

If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
