Hello!! I've used MFP numerous times, but never seem to stick to it even tho it works. Anyone else have struggles being consistent? What helps you?

    Do you try to cut your calories too much?

    Quite often setting it to 1lb a week loss is more sustainable.

    What helps me stay consistent is my friends on here. Honestly. They like and comment when you do things and it motivates you to keep going. Also interracting with THEM helps encourage you as well. I'll add you if that's okay.

    I get frustrated because I feel like I stay within the calories but I don't see results on the scale. This time I'm going to add more exercise and not eat more food to match the extra calories.

    live one day at a time & don't think how long you have to go, if I over eat, start again with the next meal, get encouragement from others on here
