I was wondering if anyone signed up and if the added things was worth the additional fee.

for me yes - because I like that I can a) disconnect my exercise calories and b) set different calorie/macro goals per day of the week which fits better into my goals

For me, I find that having a money value helps me use the app and keep me motivated

What @deannalfisher just said. I like keeping a certain calorie goal during the week with a higher calorie goal for the weekend. You can also do lower calorie days on rest days if you want to. I don't like eating back my exercise calories either so it helps to keep them separate for me. I use a separate meal "Exercise Adjustments" if I have a super high burn one day and know I need to eat some of it back. And it's nice not to have ads. If you pay for it years, considering what a difference the app makes in your life, it's really worth it. I haven't found any other method that has helped me lose weight, lower my cholesterol, lower my blood pressure, and feel happier

    I paid too!
I wanted to be able to set different targets for training and non training days, and also to enter my macros (protein, fat, carbs) as grammes rather than as a percentage.
I also needed to disconnect my fitbit and other exercise calories, as the macros my trainer gives me takes them into account already.

I can't remember what else premium gives you, but just the ability to set my goals accurately is worth it for me. It helped me lose 2.6% body fat between November and February (I'm using that as my goal rather than weight, as I'm already a healthy weight and it's now going up a bit as I get stronger and leaner anyway!) so it's definitely worth it for me.
