Hi All! I'm OOSCIA,
I am a 50 yr old disabled super woman! I have a heart valve problem. I'm having surgery in May. I also have osteoarthritis in both knees and will need knee replacements. So.. it's difficult to exercise. I do aquatic exercises 4 x's a week. (After heart surgery, it'll be awhile before I'll be able to get in the water :(
I love to make pple laugh and have fun. Am from Midwest, USA :) oHIo

    I had heart surgery in 1967 and then again in 2007. Check out this site heartvalvereplacement.org
