Hula

So a good friend of mine recently tried to convince me to start taking a hula hooping class with her but it doesn't really seem like it’s for me as it seems to be mostly fancy twirling stuff. (I’m not very coordinated at that kind of stuff) But it did get me to thinking about using it as intended; does this have any benefit or added benefits those other types of working out lacks? I’m wondering if it is something I should try or try to stick with if it will help eliminate the belly fat that I’m trying to lose/ tone?

My weighed hula hoop did this to my hips the first time I used it. Hasn't happened since. I don't know if it's effective for anything more than a few minutes of cardio, but it sure is fun!0 -
I just bought a cheap one from walmart its not a weighted one or anything but as i get used to it i can add weight to it and see if it helps.0
