my 30 day shred results

Have just finished the 30 day shred and thought I would post my results. I started on the 9th of June and did the video for 2 days in a row 3 max if If I wasn't too sore, then took a day off. I personally found having a day off resulted in me having more energy to perform the video the day after. I have big respect for those who can do it with no breaks. I do intend to repeat the video but varying the levels and incorporating her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism dvd and when I feel ready I will do the No More Trouble Zones as I'm new to exercising so will be taking it easy. Question: Did you stay with level 1, or go up to 2 and 3 at 10 day intervals?0 -
Good job. I cannot wait until I am healthy enough to do those types of activities. For now, swimming and water aerobics for me.0

meggers123 I did each level for 10 days in total, however they were not consecutive as I needed/wanted days off.0
