No that's my dream though. PB is 21:30 in 2006. Currently at 23:35.

HYE bench pressed more than your own weight?

Yes 1 Rep Max is 100kg
    I weigh about 81 kg.

You'll get your pace back, consistency is key.

HYE squatted more than your own weight? (due to a tricky knee, I have not)

No the most I've squatted is 52 kg for 14 reps. I weighed 69 kg at the time I think. I'm now 64 and wouldn't be quite as strong now.

HYE done a 100 kg (220 lb) deadlift?

    Ruptured Shoulder Ligament
    IT Band syndrome
    Patellar Femoral Pain Syndrome
    Shin Splints
    Plantar Fasciitis

All absolute horrible things to pick up as a runner and lifter.

Yeah definitely. I have no butt to speak off because I run a lot but I have respect for those who squat a lot of weight and fill out their shorts! I try not to stare!

Just me vs a girl no.
    Proper events loads of times.

I usually end up in the top 10-15% of men in races and around the top 12-16% of all racers.

Have you ever been outlifted by a girl?

Yeah in squats many times. In bench press just once which was a bit emasculating but I got over it. Lol.

Didn't pass out but had nothing left at the end of my first marathon. (due to one of the injuries mentioned above I didn't train for 2 months prior to the event!)

    HYE considered performance enhancers?
