Fallen off plan

I've lost 19lbs but over last week's haven't been consistent and have gained 5lbs can't go backwards need motivation

    Well done on the loss.
    What exactly is the Plan you've fallen off?
    If its unrealistic its usually unsustainable.

    As suggested by skellymama1, a good plan is a plan you will actually follow. So what you need is a better plan.

    If you've done what most folks do, you over ate at a meal or two and then quit tracking your food. Commit to tracking what you eat no matter what. If it's over calories or macros or whatever, log it anyway. If it's hard to calculate, make a good faith guess.

    Congrats on the loss, down 14. No human endeavor tracks on a straight line.
