Hello, I recently broke one of my toes and am finding it hard to exercise because of the pain. Does anyone have suggestions to help me stay active?

If you're trying to lose weight adjust your calories for the potential drop in activity. But don't drop to low, your body needs nutrients to repair itself. For activity, youtube "seated workouts".

Do you go to a gym? If so try the rowing machine. It gives a good all around work and your feet are stable.
Floor Pilates or yoga at home could work too.
If you decide you can't exercise drop your exercise calorie feedback and raise your NEAT calories to maintenance to help with healing.
