HI, I am Nettie, from Chandler, OK. I am type 2 diabetic. I am trying to better manage my eating habits so that I can get off Insulin Injections. I want this to be a lifestyle change. I am 69 years old. I weigh 222 lbs, 5ft3in. My goal is to weigh 150 lbs.

    Hi Nettie I am new here also and am a type 2 who is trying to get off the injections My name is Terri and I just moved to Scottsboro Alabama after having my leg amputated. I am 51 years old and stand a whopping 5ft1in and am currently at 220 lbs
