Hi, everyone. I'm Tanya and I just joined MFP yesterday. I'm hoping to lose weight and eventually work on gaining strength/muscle and just generally improving my health and fitness. Admittedly I haven't gotten off to a great start, but hey-ho, I can only learn from my mistakes and the only way is forward! I look forward to speaking to everyone & if there are any veggies out there, let me know! :D

    Don't worry about not getting off to the right start, whenever you've had a bad day write it off and start over, make the most of the site and enjoy losing weight and you'll be fine!
