I've been a member on MFP for a few years off and on. I'm back again this time on the Ketogenic diet which will be my new life style! If you are also on the keto diet friend me . I would love to have someone to share stories and recipes with!

Hi! I'm so loving keto too. I'm doing the 70/20/10 fat/protein/carbs. What macros are you doing? I've heard some people are going as far as 85-90% fat - that's hardcore. 70% is comfortable for me and I'm still losing1
