I use the Fit Bit scale "Aria", it is bluetooth compatible. Read up on it and the price is not bad.0

Walmart carries a scale I have used for the past 7 years. I just recently bought another one about 8 months ago. It's right on with a doctor's scale and it's only like 20$. Here's what it looks like. It's called a HEALTH O METER

Mine is no longer made so I can't specifically recommend it but:
1) Get digital. Analog are too hard to calibrate perfectly
2) Scales that measure body fat are typically way off. Don't bother
3) Bluetooth scales are fine if you want to track every weigh-in. If not, they aren't worth the money. I don't. I weigh a couple times a week but only record the losses.
4) Whatever scale you get, calibrate it with your doctor's scale if you are seeing your doctor regularly (like every 3 months) or your gym scale if you also use that. To do this: when you go next, weigh yourself just before walking out the door wearing what you will be wearing on the scale. Don't eat or drink on the way. Note the difference when you get weighed at the office or gym. Do this one or 2 more times. My Dr's scale is consistently 1/2 lb over mine (ranges between 4/10ths and 6/10ths over)0 -
