gaining weight

am here 15 days ago, since that time I have not gained any extra weight :s
so it is a little bit disapointed :(
can any one help me <3

    Simple. Eat more. I'm a "hard gainer" too. I force the food after around 4000. Liquid calories are by far the easiest to get in more.

    livingleanlivingclean I have to eat around 1.423 calories a day as this app show me . so I try to eat this amount of calories .just this :)

    2 large, Egg
    1 cup, Fortified Milk
    0.50 cup, diced, Cheese, cheddar
    0.06 tsp(s), Salt
    0.06 teaspoon, Pepper,
    1 knob of butter
    try this for breakfast , the best scam eggs ,will set you up for the day ,I also have 1 banana , 1 ensure Plus , 1 yogurt mixed with double cream and 2 cup of tea with fortified milk .Been an uphill struggle ,gained 2kg this week , first gain in 4 weeks . The best advice my doc gave me was load every meal with fortified milk , whether a shake or a sauce , I am love with hot frothy milky coffee or chocolate . Be patient you will gain , that is what I say to myself , never weigh yourself on a daily basis , once a week is enough , If no gain , eat a bit more , all the best.
