Any idea how i can get more iron in my diet i xontantly miss my target

    Fortified cereals, spinach? and using an iron skillet.

    Cook in a cast iron pan. No, I am not kidding. Especially acidic foods like tomato sauce or long cooking foods like soups. They absorb iron out of the pan and you get it. I was anemic as a child, and now my iron levels are always quite high.

    The other members have mentioned some good ones. I will add beef, super dark chocolate (80%and above), and black strap molasses.

    Doctor told me to eat more Spinach to boost my Iron.
