Any idea how i can get more iron in my diet i xontantly miss my target

Fortified cereals, spinach? and using an iron skillet.1

Cook in a cast iron pan. No, I am not kidding. Especially acidic foods like tomato sauce or long cooking foods like soups. They absorb iron out of the pan and you get it. I was anemic as a child, and now my iron levels are always quite high.0
