Pickles. They're not particularly nutritious but they're also only about 15 calories for a whole pickle.

btw, it's been discovered that the cholesterol in egg yolks doesn't become bio-available to mess with your blood cholesterol level, so yolks are no longer considered a food to avoid. But-yolks have more calories than whites and some people (my niece--what a weirdo) don't like the taste.

Not many calories in an egg to begin with idk why someone would omit the yolk other than taste

Why are you even commenting on this post then? You are not helpful. That's not penny pinching. A 51 calorie omelette verses 210.

Lol ok I will stop commenting ... but based on a reasonable calorie deficit 210 calories as part of a meal is not out of the norm. 51 is... like maybe if someone is on a 500 calorie a day diet it would make sense

I'm with tsortsor. I'd prob fall over and die from starvation if I only ate 51 cals for breakfast.

Good for you! That's why you add more food.

So if you think someone is unhelpful you cuss at them? Maybe next time just ignore comments that you don't think are helpful.
Omg it says kitten. Get over it.
