    it in black and white it really makes you think about what you're eating.

    My name is Rita, and I started my weightloss journey on June 6th,
    I've actually lost 23 lbs as of today, I started MFP on June 19th
    So I had a headstart on MFP.

    I began this journey after being told by my doctor that I was pre-diabetic
    and that I had better do something now to prevent it. So I took action
    and replaced all the bad carbs with good and started exercising and
    here I am 23 lbs lighter, Thank you Lord!
