how would you log H.I.I.T workouts??

Hi,
I have a lot of weight to lose and 6 weeks ago i started a brilliant womens only H.I.I.T group called skinnypigs......I am now doing between 4+5 classes a week but i am unsure how to log it and how many of the calories earned could be used as extra food. should it be all if needed and as little as possible on less hungry days or should everyday be a set amount of say 50% of exercise calories??

Hi , I wouldn't use your extra calories as food id just eat what you have set your goal as if your wanting to loose weight. your just rewarding yourself with food for exercising and your not gonna loose weight. The skinny pigs plan recommends 1400 calories a day if your following their nutrition plan xx hope this helps0
