A challenge-we can do this!!

So apart from the healthy eating it appears one of the hardest things to do is NOT to weigh ourselves.

When we do we end up feeling crappy sometimes, even if we know we are doing well it confuses things

MFP says that in 5 weeks you will lose " ". I propose that we do NOT weight ourselves until 5 weeks time so that we can stay motivated and not feel disheartened along the way (resulting in a binge)

This also gives us a chance to test the 'if every day were like today' theory.

I'm going to do it :) And in 5 weeks time I will report. Anyone else?

    I know its going to be soooo hard! I've only just kicked the habit of weighing myself every day! I'm going to try though, see how far I get!!
