First and foremost, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
I (my body) actually lost weight during my pregnancy. I ate MUCH healthier, tried to do some walking, gave up beer, etc., and the day I went home from the hospital, I actually weighed less than when I got pregnant. I didn't gain a ton of weight while I was pregnant, and my daughter was an almost 10 pound baby, so I am sure she was using up the nutrients.
For the most part, you should be able to continue working out with some modifications as your body changes. My daughter-in-law continued running up until about the last month, and tried to remain active in other ways until my grandson was born.

Congratulations! You can still do good on your journey during pregnancy and just maintain your weight. I had twins and only gained 25 lbs. I thought I should have gained more, but doctor was happy that I was just gaining baby weight.0
