Hi everyone,
I'm not new to MFP but I'm new to the community. I've never tried to make new friends, but I thought if I had some friends that can support me and I can support others, it would make goals and milestones seem possible and it would be fun! Feel free to add me

I'm also new to the community. I've done well maintaining all goals, except for the sugar! It's bothering, because I know I have the ability to reduce this! I've been feeling discouraged since I've had a really bad caloric surplus today. I would love to add some people as well.1
