Can you throw me some ideas for protein foods low in sodium?
What types of proteins do you eat that are low in sodium. Foods only, no protein shakes, powders please.
Thanks for you suggestions!!

I love almonds, and eat them too, but yes, a lot of fat. I like lean turkey meat, but it's processed with tons of sodium. I hate a plain ol' cooked piece of fresh turkey or chicken breast, they are soooo dry! There has to be something else out there. Thanks for the thoughts. Any others would be really welcome!!0
