Keto and exercise buddies wanted!

Hi all, I'm starting keto today to lose weight but I also want to find some exercise buddies so we can keep ourselves on track.

I've planned to go to the gym, swim, cycle and hike (I do all of them already... just not enough!) so if you would like some encouragement and support with your keto and exercise then add me as a friend and let's lose weight and get fit together.

    Great post, orange. Keto is an effective way to shed pounds, and promote a healthy lifestyle. I love to exercise but consumetoo many carbs to get into active ketosis. But, I've shed 15 lbs over the past year just eliminating bread, rice, and starches 80% of the time. I'd love to watch your journey!
  • I am also trying hard to do Keto, although I have had some slips recently, blame it onhormones. But today is a new day. Feel free to add me.

    I keto, but I only use MFP for the social aspect and another site for calorie tracking. Add me if ya like.
