Hi, I am Lorrie. I joined fitness pal on 5 Feb. I have lost 3 lbs. My target weight is 120. i have 38 lbs to go.

I like how easy this site is to use. Thanks

  • :flowerforyou: Welcome. You're off to a great start. Stick with us. You'll love this site. I've been on since January and I've lost 13lbs.
    Stick with the food diary. It really holds you accountable.
    Hint: Plan your meals and snacks for the entire day in the morning. That way, if you go over your calories, you can just delete some food. Once it's in your tummy....It's to late!
